SIX-MONTH - DIGITAL FILMMAKING

Learn the foundation elements of digital technology as well as vital video production skills. Developed with the optimum mix of instruction, theory, and hands-on practice, this course will make a filmmaker out of the novice.

Students are constantly shooting in this program and have numerous hands-on labs to test and develop skills. Each student participates in several short projects and also writes, produces, directs, shoots and edits his or her own short thesis film.

Subjects include: Film History, Screenwriting, Editing Theory, DV Camera, DV Lighting, Producing, Directing, Script Supervising, Sound Recording, Documentary Film making, Final Cut Pro editing, Pro Tools sound editing, DVD Authoring, Web Streaming and Promoting Your Films.

Monday – Thursday 10:30am – 5:00pm (21 – 24 hours per week)
